At Wildflower Pets, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not satisfied for any reason within 60 days of receiving your order, you may request a return or refund by contacting our support team.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Contact our support team using our contact form (https://wildflowerpets.com/pages/contact) with your order number and reason for the request. We review all requests within 2 business days.
  2. Once approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and return instructions if a product needs to be sent back. In some cases, we may issue a refund without requiring a return.
  3. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, typically within 5 business days after approval or receipt of the returned item. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit refunds in cases of suspected fraud, misuse of the policy, or repeat refund requests inconsistent with normal use.

Exchanges, Missing or Damaged Items

  1. If you received the wrong item, an item arrived damaged, part of your order is missing, or you wish to exchange a product due to an error or defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery using our contact form (https://wildflowerpets.com/pages/contact) with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We review all requests within 2 business days.
  2. If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund at no cost to you. In most cases, damaged or incorrect items do not need to be returned.

If you would like to try a different product than the one you originally ordered, this is handled as a return and new purchase rather than a direct replacement. Once your original order is refunded in accordance with our return policy, you’re welcome to place a new order for the product you’d like to try.
